Pre mill units on the S-380 joint the panel edge before banding is applied to ensure a clean, tight bond. Our S-380 pre mill tooling features jointing cutters with PCD diamond inserts for superior surface quality and extended tool life suited to the high-throughput demands of the 6.6/1600 series. Replacement PCD inserts are available separately.
