FIberglass Bits

Cutting fiberglass requires specialized tooling and proper safety precautions to avoid injury and inhalation of harmful particles. Our fiberglass router bits are carbide tools with geometry specifically designed to reduce fraying and delamination when cutting this challenging material. The category includes both plunge router bits and end mill bits ranging from 1/4" to 1/2" in cut diameter. When cutting fiberglass, use slower feed rates than you would for wood, and always use proper dust extraction — fiberglass particles are prone to becoming airborne and can irritate skin and lungs.
