Bevel/ Flush Trim Bits

Bevel router bits trim and shape edges at specific angles, so selecting the correct angle for your project is essential before cutting. Flush trim router bits are used to perfectly match the profile or edge of another piece of material, making them ideal for trimming overhangs, duplicating templates, and cleaning up inlay work. Both top bearing and no-bearing varieties are available in this category. These two bits are often used together in sequence: the flush trim bit first to align the edge, followed by the bevel bit to shape it. Both are carbide-tipped for clean, consistent results across hardwood, MDF, plywood, and laminates.
