Point Cutting Roundover Bits

Point cutting roundover bits produce a distinctive profile featuring a pointed valley in the center of the cut, flanked by two roundover curves on either side. This unique geometry makes them a popular choice for classic and ornate design work, and they are frequently used to replicate period-specific or traditional woodworking profiles in furniture, cabinetry, and architectural trim. A wider radius produces a larger, more pronounced point in the cut. These carbide bits deliver clean, consistent results on hardwood, MDF, and plywood.
