Plunge hand grip bits allow direct entry into the surface of the material without needing to start from an edge, making them the right tool for creating recessed grip profiles in cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and panel covers. Common applications include drawer pulls, finger grips, cabinet door pulls, stair tread grips, access covers, storage chests, and sliding panels. These bits are carbide-tipped and come with a 7/8" opening. They are designed for use on a plunge router or CNC machine.
