Pre mill units on the S-240 joint the panel edge before banding is applied, removing saw marks and surface irregularities to ensure a tight, consistent bond between the panel and the edge material. Our S-240 pre mill tooling is manufactured to the exact specifications of the machine for correct fit, with PCD diamond insert options available for extended tool life and superior surface quality.
