Pre mill units on the S-300 Double Motor joint the panel edge before banding is applied, ensuring a flat, clean surface for a tight bond. Our pre mill tooling features jointing cutters with PCD diamond inserts for superior surface quality and extended tool life on this high-throughput machine. Replacement PCD inserts are available separately.
