Face Cove Bits
Face cove bits are designed to cut a smooth, concave curved profile along the face or edge of solid surface materials and wood. They are commonly used in countertop fabrication, cabinetry, and architectural millwork to add refined, rounded decorative details to edges and panels. The resulting cove profile adds depth and visual interest to an otherwise flat edge, and is well suited to both functional and purely decorative applications. Multiple passes are recommended for deeper profiles to maintain cut quality and avoid overloading the bit.
