Roundover Bits With Delrin Bearing
These roundover bits feature a Delrin bearing, a non-marring, durable plastic bearing that guides the cut along the material edge without damaging finished solid surface materials. The Delrin bearing is particularly valuable on delicate surfaces like Corian and Avonite where a metal bearing could leave marks or scratches during routing. These bits are used to create refined, curved edge profiles on countertops and other solid surface components, and are well suited to both shop fabrication and on-site installation work. Multiple shallow passes are recommended to avoid chipping or overheating the material.
