Face Inlay Bits

Face inlay router bits cut a precise channel into the face or edge of solid surface materials such as Corian, Avonite, and similar engineered countertop products. Once the groove is routed, a contrasting material such as a different color solid surface, wood, or resin is inlaid into the channel to create a decorative stripe or design element. These bits are available in a range of cut depths and lengths to suit different inlay thicknesses and project requirements, giving fabricators the flexibility to achieve clean, exact-fit joints for detailed decorative work on tabletops, countertops, and panels.
